Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville-Kodak, TN

Checked in for one night. Mason at the front desk was friendly and fast. Room was clean and quiet even on the first floor. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was pretty good. A great stay at a great place

Great value and better than expected for the price. Rooms were clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Breakfast had biscuits & sausage gravy, waffles and basic continental that remained the same everyday, in addition to 3 other hot dishes that changed daily (typically an egg dish, a meat dish and a carb dish). Location is alongside the parkway -- you'll need to drive to get anywhere, but its convenient to both the interstate and rest of the towns along the Smoky Mountain Parkway. I didn't use it, but there are some water-park like splash zones, alongside the pool, for kids. There are parts of the hotel starting to show there age -- for example the hallway carpets are starting to get beat up and have stains, but at least at the price point I paid, was expecting a bit of this anyways. Other minor complaint -- the interior walls are on the thinner side and you could hear almost everything going on in the hallways.

Came here for cheerleading competition. I would like to give a shout out to Ms. Kayla. She was very nice and warm welcoming. She was there to assist whenever we needed her. Thank you for making our stay exceptional

I stay here because of my job. When inclement weather hits it is necessary. That being said, the staff is extremely friendly. Always helps me out when I need to extend my stay. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. I've gotten to enjoy the breakfast once in my stays as I am usually at work. And it was very good. The young man that works it smiles and does a great job. I appreciate the entire staff so much for helping make my stays really nice. Thank you!

We travel a good bit, and have stayed at quite a few Country Inn and Suites. Most locations are nice, some more than others. This location exceeds all expectations what I expect for this franchise. Very nice location! The building is very well kept, the lobby and rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The very kind lady up front upon checkout was very nice! We appreciate the hospitality. Absolutely nothing negative to say, can’t wait to return. We will most definitely be returning our next trip into TN.

I visit here several times a year for work, and each time, I’ve consistently enjoyed an outstanding experience. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a fresh, clean smell and a welcoming, positive vibe, thanks to the friendly front desk associate. I've had the pleasure of meeting Mason several times, and he always remembers me, even after several months between visits. I often feel fortunate to stay here, as I usually find excellent deals that make a luxurious stay affordable, especially considering the high quality and cleanliness of the rooms. I also really appreciate that you still offer microwaves in the guest rooms, such a rare find, and I truly value it.

This hotel was a mixed bag. The accessible room was great with sufficient grab bars. Not sure why they would put an accessible room at the end of a very long hallway. Major issue was the king size bed needs replacing it's sloped like a v toward the middle. I think this hotel would be awesome for kids as not only did it have an indoor pool but it had a splash pad with those mushroom shaped waterfalls. The breakfast and the staff were really great!

As a last minute trip, we decided to come to Sevierville and decided to stay at Country Inn & Suites. The lady that checked us in was a great host. When most places could care less if you're there or not, she made us feel welcomed! This was a welcomed surprise.
